Each day has been intentionally designed to create a balance between guided experiences, deep inner work, and spacious time to simply be.

This retreat is not about rushing from place to place —
it’s about slowing down enough to truly receive what the land, the body, and your own energy are ready to reveal.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll move between:

• Privately guided tours through Uluru & Kata Tjuta

• Sacred site visits and deep connection with the land

• Cultural immersion experiences with local Anangu knowledge

This is held within a grounded and supportive container, allowing you to experience both the external

journey and your internal process at your own pace.

 

Inner Work & Integration

Alongside the physical experiences, you’ll be supported through:

• Daily guided circles

• Meditation journeys & subconscious exploration

• Sound healing & nervous system recalibration

• Grounding and integration practices

These sessions are designed to help you process, release, and anchor the shifts that

naturally occur in a place as powerful as Uluru.

 

Accommodation & Nourishment

Your stay includes 4-star accommodation at Desert Gardens Hotel, located within Ayers Rock Resort — offering a comfortable and peaceful space to rest, reset, and integrate your experience.

Included throughout the retreat:

• Daily buffet breakfast

• Selected meals across the itinerary

• A signature Field of Light experience with premium dining

This balance allows for both shared connection as a group and personal choice and flexibility, depending on how you feel each day.
